What customers say?

“ We arrived with low expectations, four adults and two children for a meal on Saturday night,as we were all staying on the site.Seated quickly, and drinks order taken in good time, and the opportunity to browse the menu... excellent service from the waiter cheerful and efficient, and all six meals ( all different) were excellent.! For large scale catering I could not fault it. Well done. ”

“ Quite a wait for food and provided with some poor plastic chairs. My suggestion is don't wait and find your own table. Good food and very filling don't over eat. I was really impressed by the dirty chips! But they pack a punch ”

- Bradley Smith -

“ We ate here a couple of times during our stay and both times were good. And a massive improvement on our last visits to the area. We did have an issue with one meal, Thai Green Curry which when it arrived was just a mass of green beans with a small amount of chicken and sauce. The guy (think he was Aidan) sorted it very quickly though and the replacement curry was lovely and just right. Top marks for customer service! ”

- Kerry Instone -

“ Used for breakfast and dinner during our stay this year as well as multiple stays in the past. Food is good, this year was a helping offering kids eat for £1 - huge help thank you! Service mainly was really friendly and personable however one or two staff members need to remember they are supposed to at least pretend we aren't an inconvenience to their social lives by being there. One gentleman inparticular was fabulous, happy kind and friendly. Recommended some local places to visit too! Atmosphere is nice when it's not busy. When busy it can be difficult to hold a conversation and our meal was made difficult by some other children running round and around our table screaming at each other, upsetting dog at far end of restaurant starting barking. I know it's a family place, we were there as a family but others forget that too? ”

- Emily Aylward -

“ This restaurant is far better than I was expecting after reading the kiln park website and looking up reviews. They have a dedicated gluten free menu with loads of options including sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The service was a small bit slow and the food was better in the evening than it was during lunch time but the staff were lovely and overall our experience was great. The kids can look at the pool while you eat and there is a small playing area just outside the door ofnthe restaurant so it's great if you have little kids that need some entertainment to sit through dinner. Great spot ”

“ Based on the reviews on here I wasn't expecting much, but it was actually decent value for money. I had gammon and chips and enjoyed it. Good pub grub basically. My wife's burger was a little over done, but OK. I guess they must struggle when it's busy, but on a Thursday night in early October it was just the job for us. £21 for food for 2 adults and a kid. Not much of a wait. Can't really go wrong. ”

“ Great food, really lovely staff, family and dog friendly ”

- Rannii Street -

“ Was quite noisy at times with rugby and music blasting in the entertainment building and was quite busy .but all in all was a good place to good ,caravan was really good and comfy ”
